Who is responsible for the data?

Veritern Nexus SL operates VeriNavio. For the information collected through this website, Veritern Nexus SL is the responsible company.

What the current interest form collects

The VeriNavio form currently asks for a work email address and company name. You can also provide your first name, role and company website. The form records the consent you give for VeriNavio communications.

Responding to early product interest, possible design-partner or early-access conversations, launch information and relevant VeriNavio product communications.

Brevo

We use Brevo to receive the form submission and manage the mailing list. Information entered into the form is transferred to Brevo for that purpose. Brevo publishes its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and spam. Turnstile may process technical information needed to assess whether a submission is likely to be automated. Cloudflare publishes its privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

The current VeriNavio site configuration does not enable analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, this policy and any consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are enabled.

How long information is kept

Interest and mailing-list information is kept only while it is useful for the purpose for which it was provided, until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to any information we must retain to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from VeriNavio emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. You can also contact us to ask about the personal data we hold about you and, where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent.

You also have the right to raise a data-protection complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
